A new trailer has been released for the highly anticipated game Star Wars: Battlefront II. It’s called “Behind the Story” and it features the creators talking about their game and the story that it tells. The trailer was revealed at the D23 Expo and there’s a lot of excitement for it. It definitely seems like a big leap forward from the first Star Wars: Battlefront game. It’s giving fans all of the things that the first game was lacking and it seems to tell a great story that is canon! I’m pretty excited to finally be able to play this game.

Star Wars Battlefront II is bringing an all new hero into the fold with the introduction of Iden Versio, the Commander of the Imperial special forces team known as the Inferno Squad. The game’s single player campaign will introduce fans to a story told from the unique perspective of the empire that helps bridge the gap between Return of the Jedi and The Force Awakens. Along with a new hero, the story will also bring fans to new locations like Iden’s home planet of Vardos and other new elements authentic to the larger Star Wars universe, as a result of the close collaboration with Motive and Lucasfilm Story group who worked hand in hand through every step of the process.

Star Wars Battlefront II will be available on November 17th, 2017 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and on Origin for PC. I included additional details from the press release below the video.
